Project
Janet

Janet finds out she’s got two weeks left to live and instead of giving into her own mortality, decides to live for herself, doing the things she's always wanted to do. Her son Tommy, unbeknownst of Janet’s illness, misplaces his care and seeks to control her life by pushing for a nursing home. When he finds out both about Janet’s escapades and her illness, he has to decide how he’ll react.

Our bittersweet sizzle reel tries to capture not only the style of the film, but also the thin line we’re walking between comedy and drama.

The film revolves completely around one location - Janet's home. It's a large part of her character and it was really important for us to find the perfect place.
Janet’s house represents her life and is therefore littered with trinkets from her 70 years of collecting. She loves all things Madagascar and her house reflects this blatantly.
We have already completed location scouting and have found the perfect location for Janet’s house in Bromley, Southeast London!

Thank you so much for reading about Janet, we hope you're as excited as we are!
